It is desighned to use for wide range of blast media .can be installed to any existing blast shed. These units are typically mounted just outside the room with the hopper inside the room. Hopper is either at ground level allowing abrasive to be swept into the hopper or at a height that enables the operator to comfortably shovel the abrasive in to the hopper. Fines and debris are collected by the dust collector and clean abrasive is returned to the blast pot or contained for use at a later date.
The compressed air discharged from an air compressor is hot. Compressor air at these temperature contains large quantities of water in vapor form. As the compresed air cools this water vapor condense into a liquid form. As an example if an aftercooler is not used, a 200scfm compressor operating at 100psig introduce 15 gallons of water into the compressed system each day.
Cleaning of internal pipe surfaces can be done in different ways with different equipment, depending on the internal diameter of the pipes. For smaller diameters from 25-400 mm we recommend to using internal pipe blasting machines with conical deflecting tip, from where it is radially and cellularly diverted against the inside of the pipe. For pipes with diameter lager than 250 mm we recommend to using internal pipe blasting machines with rotating blasting head, equipped with two blasting nozzles. Rotating blasting heads with four nozzles are available for pipes lager than 500 mm.
